This wine hails from the famous winemaking region of Valpolicella Classico, in Italy, and is famously made by partially drying grapes to concentrate sugars and flavours. It’s round and full, with flavours of plum, red cherry, dried fruit, liquorice, vanilla, and a touch of green tea. Perfect with bolognese, red meats, and aged cheeses.
