Bottega Pistacchio Liquore

Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native of the Middle East, now growing wild on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna. They have always been renowned for their nutritional properties. Exclusively harvested in Sicily, the pistachios are processed according to a traditional method and turned into a paste which preserves all their best characteristics. Bottega is a fourth-generation family business operating since 1635 that produces Italian premium quality wines, grappa, and liqueurs, having achieved over 350 awards for their products. This liqueur has intense aromas of pistachio with a delicate hint of almond. Best served cold, it’s great when used as an ingredient in cocktails or with desserts like panna cotta, pastry, or ice creams.
