This Sherry was produced by the Hidalgo Family bodega which was established in 1792. Manzanilla is a dry, delicate Sherry made from the Palomino grape. It’s aged under a special growth of yeast, known as ‘flor’, which grows on the surface of wine due to the humid microclimate of Jerez. It’s Incredibly fresh, with a salty, tangy character reminiscent of a sea breeze, alongside notes of almond, bread dough and crisp apples. Try it with seafood, salty snacks, and even fish and chips.
