La Marée Orange 2024, France

This delicate orange wine is a blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Muscat – sourced from the LGI collective’s extensive vineyard network across Gascony and the Languedoc. The grapes are fermented on their skins – as with red wine – for one week, which results in a slightly orange hue and the characteristic dried fruit flavours. It’s fresh and balanced, with bitter oranges, blossom, and blanched almond notes alongside crisp acidity. Enjoy with aged cheese or chicken with a morel mushroom sauce.
