Martinborough is a small, cool climate region, and makes up just 2% of New Zealand’s wine. Te Kairanga is one of the oldest wineries, with vines planted in 1984. They grow a variety of cool climate grapes, from Pinot Noir to Pinot Gris and of course, Riesling. Made in an off-dry style, this refreshingly aromatic Riesling is bursting with flavours of lime blossom, lime zest, apple, and honeysuckle. Its creamy texture, citrusy acidity, and slight hint of sweetness pair perfectly with Thai food.
