A junmai sake that has been brewed with three times the amount of koji normally used, and bottled as it is without adding any further water. The rice used is a mix of the white Menkoina variety and an ancient red variety, which gives the drink a beautiful pink colour. The flavour combines the mellow sweetness of the rice with a nice strawberry acidity. Serve chilled (8-12 °C), with ice, or gently warmed up (35-40°C). Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
